Volodymyr Groysman was born 20 Jan 1978 in Western Ukraine, in Vinnitsa. Parents – Boris Isaakovich and Elena – at the time of the birth of the first-born son was starting his business and eventually became successful businessmen.

Volodymyr Groysman entered politics in 2002. He at 24, became the youngest Deputy of the Vinnytsia city Council. A promising politician was appointed Deputy head of the parliamentary Commission in charge of questions of legality, human rights and parliamentary ethics.
V. Volodymyr Groysman married. Together with his wife Helena and has three children – son David and two daughters, Julia and Christina. The youngest, David (2011), lives with his mother in the winery. The eldest daughter Yulia Groysman studying in the University of London law faculty and still lives in Albion.
