The debt of Ukraine’s population for housing and communal services in July this year decreased by 1.4% compared to June and amounted to 34.8 billion (excluding energy).
As reported by the State statistics service (state statistics), data are given without taking into account the annexed Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as part of the uncontrolled Kiev territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
According to the Ministry, in July the Ukrainians paid for housing and utility services UAH 4.7 billion, which amounted to 117,9% accrued during this month amount (through the repayment of debts of previous periods). For the supply of electricity to the population has paid UAH 2.8 bn (105,7% accrual).
The highest level of payment zhilkomuslug recorded in Kiev (by 30.8% more than in Sumy charges) and Kharkiv region (+42,6%). The lowest level of payment – in the Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil regions (94-97% of the amount of the charges).
According to the state statistics service, in January-July of 2018 concluded with a population of 45.3 thousand contracts on repayment of the restructured debt for housing and utility services for a total amount 292,9 million.
