The court refused to require of 6.93 hectares in the village of Dmitrovka, Kyiv oblast, which was owned by Svetlana Piskun in connection with the expiration of the Statute of limitations.
This is reported by “Nashi Groshi” referring to the decision of the court of Appeal of Kyiv region from February 6.
It is noted that in 2009, seven citizens – Arshanitsa N. A. Grin, A. M., Lanko A. F., Hryn N. N., Labour A. A., Nemchenko N. And. and Lanko V. M. – received state acts on the ownership of forest areas that have been converted into agricultural land.
July 31, 2014, the court partially satisfied the claim of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv region declared illegal and cancelled the order of head of Kyiv regional state administration from March-may 2009. The court also invalidated state acts on the ownership of land, obtained on the basis of these prescriptions.

However, the court refused to require these areas to the state in connection with the failure to prove that the defendants own the land.
As it turned out, lasted until the trial, July 8, 2014 the above seven citizens otsudili land in favor of Selcuk di San Sebastiano, which the same day gave them to his daughter Svetlana Piskun, three times wife of the former Prosecutor General Svyatoslav Piskun (2002-2003, 2004-2005, 2007).
After that the Prosecutor of the Kiev-Sviatoshynsky district asked the court to summon areas from illegal possession Svetlana Piskun.
However, the courts of three instances dismissed this claim on the basis of the expiration of the appeal to the court.
The Supreme Court in July 2017 these decisions overturned and sent the case for retrial.
But in November of 2017, the court of first instance again rejected for the same reason – expired term of limitation of actions.
The court of appeal on 6 February of this year has left this decision without changes.
