The Prosecutor General’s office closed the case against former Deputy Korczak

The Prosecutor General’s office closed the case of alleged falsification of documents by former Deputy Chairman of the National anti-corruption Bureau Ruslan about to fall.

About this he announced in Facebook on Tuesday, and publicized the relevant document from the GPU.

“By the decree of 7 February 2018, the criminal proceedings from June 8, 2017 closed on the basis of paragraph 2 part 1 article 284 of the criminal procedure code of Ukraine (established in the absence in act of structure of a criminal offence -ed.)”, – stated in the letter of the Prosecutor General.

Sam Radetsky called the criminal proceedings a “political order and pressure on the independent member of NACP”.

“A year has passed in my office in NACP and the car was searched. Looking for work book (which was in the personnel Department NACP) and the certificate of the attorney (which was in the Board of ADVOKATOV Kiev),” – he said.

“Prosecutors and investigators temporarily withdrew the certificate of the attorney, but in violation of the criminal procedure code did not apply to the investigating judge with the petition for garnishment. Almost a year illegally kept the seized documents,” says Radetsky.

Radetzky was suspected of using fake documents. He repeatedly rejected the accusations.

He resigned from the post of Deputy Chairman of the NACP Natalia Korchak in August 2017 after Korczak with mutual accusations of blocking verification of electronic declarations.
