The Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev has returned to the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office to address the shortcomings of the case against former people’s Deputy Nikolay Martynenko and others suspected of laundering of proceeds of crime.

“The indictment against Mykola Martynenko, Valery Vasilkov, Ruslan zhurylo, Sergei Pereloma, Alexander Sorokin and Vladimir Bogdanets… back to the Prosecutor for elimination of shortcomings”, – quotes Agency the decision of the presiding judge Oksana Golub.
It is noted that the decision it announced on Thursday, June 21, during the preparatory meeting, having heard the statements of the parties.
In addition it is reported that earlier in the meeting, the defendants agreed that the case was considered by the Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev, at that time, as a preventive measure they chose Solomensky district court.
However, they expressed a protest to the Prosecutor’s request on the extension of the earlier selected measures of restraint.
