The behavior of the Chairman of the Transcarpathian regional state administration Gennady Moskal, who obscenely spoke to the acting Minister of health Uliana Suprun, provoked a storm of criticism.

“This morning had a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the Transcarpathian regional state administration Gennady Moskal. “According to the law, Moskal essentially committed an act of hooliganism, which falls under the definition of article 173 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, “disorderly conduct”, – said Deputy Prime Minister.
“I think it’s insulting not only the Minister but all in society who don’t want to hear offensive. Not to mention that it sounds from the official.
And about the ethics of communication as such does seem to have forgotten,” – said klympush-Tsintsadze.
Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko called for the holding of a special inquiry relative to Muscovite.
“Nacholibre needs to investigate this shameful event and to give a proper assessment, in addition to simple human apology from Gennady Moskal” – he writes in Facebook also.
“This is the first really difficult case for compliance with the European principles laid down in the new Ukrainian laws, especially where we are talking about state employee – representative of the state”, – said Zubko.
Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Sayenko also stood up for Suprun.
“Offensive remarks are unacceptable under any circumstances and no matter from whose mouth they sound,” said Saenko.
“Regarding the specific case, deprivation of the heads of local state administrations of the status of public servants requires addressing a number of issues of their service. As you can see, we must begin with the adoption of the code of ethics of their behavior, for violations of which they must bear the responsibility”, – said the Minister.
