Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament a law on Anticorodal


President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the establishment of anti-corruption Supreme court of Ukraine.

As reported on Tuesday, June 19, the press service of the head of state, the document the President has identified as urgent for early consideration of Parliament.

“President Petro Poroshenko in accordance with article 93 and article 125 of the Constitution of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada the draft law of Ukraine “On establishment of the Supreme court anti-corruption”, – stated in the message.

The purpose of the draft law – implementation of the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, law “On Higher anti-corruption court” and the law “On judicial system and status of judges” to work Anticorona.

To report the bill during its consideration at the plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada will be the Deputy head of the presidential administration Oleksiy Filatov.

Note that in the present bill Petro Poroshenko is not on the site of the Verkhovna Rada.
