NACP said in NABOO about the irregularities in the declarations of the people’s Deputy and ex-judges

 

The national Agency for the prevention of corruption sent to NABOO insights regarding people’s Deputy group “the Renaissance” Dmitry Svyatash and former Supreme court judge Alexander Podilchak that have false information in income declarations.

In particular, Svyatash in the Declaration of 2015 “has not indicated the cost of purchasing tickets in the amount of UAH 62 422 and did not reflect the financial obligations to the Bank in the amount of 600 euros and 862 618 386$”.

Also these commitments, the MP is not indicated in the Declaration for 2016, which at that time was 450 297,93 Euro and 467 512 USD.

A former judge in return for the 2016 year has not indicated that his wife is the owner of LLC “Legal group “Constanta” with registered capital of 26.2 thousand.

Also, Potylchak did not declare information about the cost of 2 x plots of land belonging to his wife, the value of land under contracts of sale amounted to 43700 and 218500 hryvnia.

Besides the ex-judge had not declared the income of his wife – 225 thousand hryvnias and the income of $ 530 545 thousand hryvnias.

In NACP recalled that sent to NABOO conclusion is the basis for the implementation of pre-trial investigation.
