The future for Millennials
The average American family, not older than 40 years eats outside the home on average twice a week. A maximum of three and a half. Millennials – 30% more.
Well-known restaurateur-businessman Mikhail Beilin emphasized that these people in 15 years will be a key mass of solvent and among the employees. They have no income to eat in restaurants, but nonetheless they often go there, unlike the older generation. They are the future.
What is important to them? It is important for them, what they are eating (ingredients – 80%) and do not trust advertising – 84%.
