Kolomoisky, Yarosh and Lutsenko received “sentences” in ORDO


In the temporarily occupied districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions such education as “Ukrainian people’s Tribunal” sentenced in absentia oligarch Igor Kolomoisky to life imprisonment and confiscation of all property, also, “sentences” received Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko and 8.

It is reported TASS with reference to the militants-controlled media.

It is noted that the so-called “CNTS” conducted more than 40 trials, where considered criminal cases “strictly in compliance with the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine”.

“A jury said that defendants do not deserve leniency”, – quotes the edition of “the judge” Elena Shishkin.

It is reported that in closed session “listened” case 10 people, including the Chairman of the National Council of Ukraine on television and radio broadcasting Yuri Artemenko, the Ukrainian businessman and former Governor of Dnepropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, chief editor of “news of Donbass” Alexey Matsuka, former acting genprokurora Oleg Makhnitsky and Yuri Sevruk, ex-Governor of Donetsk region Sergey Taruta, the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin and Vitaly Yarema, MP and ex-leader of the “Right sector” Dmitry Yarosh.

So, to life imprisonment with confiscation of property was sentenced Kolomoisky, who was accused of “abuse of power, the outbreak of military conflict, the creation is not stipulated by laws of Ukraine paramilitary, of aiding and abetting in the Commission of crime”.

In turn, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko is condemned to 10 years in prison for “concealment of crimes, abuse of office, committing numerous crimes against justice” and so on.

Yarosh “received” 12 years in prison for alleged “complicity in the Commission of terrorist acts.”

Other defendants in the so-called “CNTS” received three years of imprisonment.
