Duda signed “Bandera law”

 

The President of Poland Andrzej Duda signed amendments to the law on the Institute of national remembrance.

On the evening of Tuesday, February 6, the Agency PAP reported the press Secretary of the Polish President Krzysztof Lapinski.

At the same time, the head of state said that perhaps in practice it will be almost impossible to punish violators of the new law, especially if the violations are committed outside the territory of Poland.

Previously, Duda has promised to sign the law and to appeal to the constitutional court of Poland with the request to evaluate this document.
