“The court rejected the appeal of lawyers of Boris Hermanregarding elected him preventive measure by the court of first instance in the form of detention without bail. Lawyers insisted on the mitigation measure.
First, they referred to the fact that in the case not enough evidence, and, secondly, the detention of Hermann was held with the alleged violation of procedure”, — he said.
As it became known, the German insisted that he cooperated with the Ukrainian counter-intelligence, although later, the prosecutors gave the letter of the SBU and counterintelligence, which noted that Boris Hermann did not work neither SBU, nor on counterintelligence.
In addition, prosecutors were asked to leave in force the decision of the court of first instance, referring to the fact that the article which accused Boris Hermann, does not provide for a more lenient preventive measure.
